Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business units directly.
- Preferably from a large-scale organization, multinational company (MNC), shared services environment, BPO, technology, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or fast-growing enterprise.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Employee Relations (ER)
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Organizational Development
- Talent Management
- Labor Compliance
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases, including:
- Administrative investigations
- Disciplinary actions
- NTE/NOD issuance
- Grievance handling
- Employee misconduct cases
- Termination and due process management
- Labor dispute prevention and case documentation
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with managers and department heads to address workforce issues, performance gaps, and organizational challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, coaching, and communication skills.
- Payroll exposure is an advantage (minimum 6 months of experience preferred), but the primary focus should be HRBP and ER functions.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and influence business leaders through data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates with experience handling DOLE complaints, NLRC cases, company investigations, mass disciplinary actions, organizational restructuring, or business expansion projects will be highly preferred.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Salary: PHP 35,000 Package (PHP 32,000 Basic + PHP 3,000 Allowance)
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
