Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Collaborates with hiring managers on the recruitment requirements;
lead the activities around sourcing and pooling up candidates,
screening/assessment, up to closing the vacancy through attracting
qualified and right candidates.
On Boarding of new hires Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements and action
needed from other departments such as work station, tools of trade,
systems access; prepares new employee announcement and ensures
implementation of the onboarding program.
Employee Movements Conducts assessment on internal candidates following the company's
standard employee movement policy which includes promotion and
lateral transfers.
Training & Organization
Development
Ensures implementation of the Training Plan through coordination with
the COE for L&OD, and through external training providers; Designs and
implements appropriate interventions such as employee engagement
survey action plans and retention strategies for respective accounts.
Performance Management In coordination with Human Resources Director and Total Rewards
team, lead performance evaluation periods including mid-year and end
of year review; communicating mission critical dates with all staff and
providing necessary training.
Employee Relations (COE)
Labor Relations
Plans for the year's employee engagement program, with the right
timing and budget and collaborates with Employee Management
Council (EMC) for the implementation of engagement activities
Provides guidance to Line Managers and to other HRBP to ensure
compliance with the company's Code of Discipline; Reviews notices and
decisions submitted by Line Managers and recommends appropriate
amendments; Facilitates administrative hearing of cases; Ensures filing
and monitoring of all cases across the organization
HR Analytics Prepares Monthly analytics reports on recruitment fill rate, attrition,
employee movement, employee engagement, project update, etc.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or related disciplines.
With at least 5 years of related work experience.
Can demonstrate a high level of energy and maintain stable performance under pressure.
Proactive, can work independently and in teams.
Must have knowledge and experience in at least 3 areas in HR, if not all.
Adequate knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.

Has experience leading engagement activities and company events
Willing to do end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably with experience with Google Suite applications and Canva
Can do data analytics reporting and dashboarding
Highly driven with high tolerance for stress and extended work hours as needed
