Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner Lead is responsible for managing strategic HR initiatives and providing operational HR support to business leaders and employees. The role focuses on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and HR partnership within a dynamic technology-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR partner for assigned business units
- Support business leaders in managing workforce performance and employee engagement
- Handle employee relations investigations and resolution processes
- Implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead organizational development and change management programs
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field
- Must have experience working in a Technology or IT company
- Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in fast-paced and high-growth environments is an advantage
