Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Manila on a night shift schedule. This role will play an important part in supporting our continued growth, working closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people strategies that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into practical HR initiatives, acting as a link between employees and management.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
Support managers through performance coaching and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters to ensure consistent and fair application of company policies.
Support and lead change management initiatives across teams and functions.
Review HR metrics such as attrition and engagement data, and share insights that help leaders make informed decisions.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives based on feedback and organizational needs.
Address employee concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned and effective people solutions.
Basic Qualifications
At least 7 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Background in consulting or professional services environments is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Willingness to work night shift and weekends when required by business needs.
