Job Description

Job Description:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and develop HR agendas aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, including performance, career development, team effectiveness, and employee relations
  • Manage and execute day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Work with the wider HR team to ensure HR policies, processes, and programmes are consistently implemented and adapted to the needs of assigned teams
  • Monitor team morale through feedback channels and direct engagement identify potential issues early and propose proactive, actionable solutions
  • Analyse people data and team health metrics to generate insights that support decision-making
  • Champion and uphold company culture and values across all areas of work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to HR business partnering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, proactive mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
