In this role, your mission is to optimize and elevate team performance. You will make a direct impact by:
- Implementing execution (OKRx) and talent frameworks (Benchmark tool) to build each individual into a leader in their position.
- Upholding business processes and policies, reviewing Daily Task Sheets and Productivity Reports, and creating Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
- Serving as a role model by taking ownership, accountability, and responsibility (above the line model) and encouraging the team to solve their own challenges using our critical thinking frameworks.
Experience & Leadership:
- You have previous experience as a Team Leader or Leadership Coach (Essential).
- You have handled at least 10 team members or above (Nice to have / Good to have).
- Experience with Client/Account Management, particularly with foreign/international clients (Nice to have).
Skills & Mindset:
- You are proficient in performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, etc.) and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- You are an exceptional communicator with a focus on coaching, continuous improvement, and problem-solving (above the line model).
- You are innovative and keen to utilize technology, including AI, to optimize processes.
Non-Negotiables:
- Based in Cebu City and available for the Onsite set-up (for 6 months then Hybrid)
- Availability for Day Shift (6 AM3 PM PH Time, MondayFriday).
