Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. Performs all clerical responsibilities required for the Human Resources Team to function efficiently. Collects and manages all data concerning all employees and performs transactional duties in support of the Company's manpower.
Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Acts as the Line Manager and supervises all Specialists, Coordinator, and Associates of the department. Performs administrative and clerical tasks relative to processes of HR. Ensures that the department is running and provides timely and accurate output for operations to use.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in business or related discipline.
- Previous experience within a HR environment for at least five years
- Has relative experience in handling and/or supervising people
- Experience in HR Business Partnership set-up is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legislation, Human Resources policies & procedures, rules and regulations.
- Excellent PC skills and exposure to Human Resources based systems.
- Good customer service skills and strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Good negotiating and persuasive abilities and ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
- Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills.
- Good administration experience.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Guides, monitors, and tracks progress of HR staffs via monthly coaching and scoring
- Assist HR Manager in the creation and implementation of new policies
- Update and roll out Company policies; ensure alignment with Labor Code
- Case Management; assist in releasing NTE; Facilitate Admin hearing and NOD.
- Conducts Human Resources orientations for new on-board employees
- Serves as Back up for HRIS (system maintenance, screen and workflow creation, etc.)
- Schedules and co-facilitates administrative hearings together
- Liaise between employees and the management in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensures output of all HR Personnel are accurate and free from error
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
- Plans and implement training programs for HR Personnel's career path
- Spearheads governmental audits and ensures compliance
- Screens and certifies all benefit claims before endorsing to higher management for approval
- Initiates Contract Adjustment
- Provides HR Reports intended for Payroll processing Processing, tracking, and monitoring of AWOL cases
- Oversee Offboarding and leavers report on a month-on-month basis
- Knowledgeable on visa application, cancellation, or renewal
- Serves as POC for assigned HR facets if the HR Manager is out
- May perform tasks of other HR Personnel when necessary
