Job Description:
- Exceptional at leading the implementation of strategic talent initiatives across a variety of disciplines: culture building, organizational development and transformation, continuous improvement, talent management, and inclusion and diversity. You are interested and experienced in thinking strategically while having a proven ability and interest in hands-on work and execution.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and support the shared services function and manage key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on all HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Connect with Key talent to understand areas of strength, improvement and build HR Strategies, retention strategies, that address the same.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being, insights into enhancing employee skills and support career growth.
- Lead employee relations efforts, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the shared services function.
- Good understanding and experience in Philippines Labor Law
- Fluency in English is required
