We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee concerns.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Background in real estate/construction is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR or similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have good presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
