Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee concerns.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Background in real estate/construction is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience as HR or similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
