Human Resources Business Partner (Alabang)

Job Description and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 6-8 years of work experience in HR.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of work experience as an HR Manager/HRBP is required for this position.
• Must have worked in HR within a BPO or Shared Services company.
• Has experience in handling large accounts if coming from BPO industry.
• Strong experience in Human Resources (Employee Relations, Compliance, Case Management and Employee Engagement) is required.
• Must be knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits.
• Must be familiar in doing HR Analytics, Reports, Attrition Analysis and computing metrics.
• Must have background in Legal/Labor Relations
• Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang site.
