Human Resources Associate

The candidate must have actual experience in payroll, compensation and benefits administration and policy making in a unionized environment. He/she should be familiar with SAP-HCM and SF, and should also have a keen interest on HR technology and systems . Above average written and oral communication skills, as well as adequate creative and analytical skills are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized environment
• Familiar with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors (SF), and has a keen interest in HR technology and systems
• Has above-average written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrates adequate creative and analytical skills

Job Overview:

• Review, update, and maintenance of compensation, benefits, and general HR policies
• Development of new compensation, benefits, and general HR policies
• Review of proposed CBA packages.
