Job Description

As Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources policies and processes for the company, from recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, implementing compliance for company policies and procedures, including attendance management and professional decorum of all employees. You are also expected to deliver accurate and timely processing of payroll and government-mandated contributions, implement employee engagement, and drive employee satisfaction.

For Recruitment and Onboarding:

· Delivers all facets of end-to-end recruitment

· Handles the mid-year and year-end Performance Appraisal

· Handles job postings and applicant sourcing in various channels

· Partners with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment needs

· Screens resumes and performs in-person, video, and phone interviews with candidates

· Coordinates interview schedules with Hiring Managers

· Follows up on the interview process status

· Inspects and validates the pre-employment requirements of new hires

· Maintains recruitment tracker in the database

· Monitors all employment contracts due for regularization or termination

· Handles the new hires orientation program

· Completes timely reporting of employment activities

· Handles employee timekeeping and HR billing statements (payments management), manages employee 201 file

For Employee Engagement:

· Responsible for developing and analyzing engagement surveys

· Send out official HR advisories, memos, and other announcements

· Conducts training and facilitates/leads employee activities

· Develop and implement the calendar of activities to promote a healthy and positive culture

· Monitor and address issues or trends impacting Company culture

· Manage feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and culture fit

· Act as a liaison and advocate for employee needs and concerns

· Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree Psychology of Human Resources Management

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidential health records

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

· Preferably with experience in recruitment and employee engagement and activities
