Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate, based at Bluewater Panglao. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, including employee onboarding and management, implementing HR policies, and delivering training programs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and facilitating strong communication channels across departments to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources practices
• Experience in developing and implementing Training & Development programs
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to build relationships across teams
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in employee engagement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
