POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery New Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose:
The Workforce Ready (WFR) team provides end-to-end case management of all onboarding and resourcing from cases raised in ATS and focuses on:
End to End Onboarding - Offer of employment, pre-employment checks, onboarding initiation, system access and training/ induction.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple workforce ready transactions/activities in scope for MinAm location.
Responsibilities include the following specific for MinAm transactions:
Internal and external identification of people against open roles, the advertising, pre-screening and scheduling of candidates, preparing offer letters and facilitating pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities and supporting any movements as it relates to movement against open job roles
Performs boarding process steps for MinAu within the global Boarding Solution (Success Factors ATS, Case Management, Employee Central & SAP) with a high degree of technical competency ensuring this system is the source of truth for all Boarding activity
Receive cases from WFR Experience Management / WFR Execution Team Lead (MinAu) and coordinate resolution activities including liaison with relevant HR Operations teams and communicate with receiving customers
Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from onshore team to respective HR Operations teams (e.g. Payroll, Analytics & Assurance)
Work within WFR team to build HR Operations understand of the Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes
Coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from receiving customers to WFR Experience Management team
