Human Resources Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project-Based HR Staff is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment to support the company's hiring needs during a 3-month engagement. The role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and timely recruitment process across various positions.

Basic Function

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Recruit for a wide range of positions, from rank-and-file to managerial roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring updates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines.

Qualification Guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
