Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, industry networks, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for each project.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific project needs, timelines, and required skills.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing them with valuable insights on candidate suitability.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple positions, balancing urgent needs with quality of hire.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Report on progress, challenges, and insights related to hiring, ensuring transparency with the hiring manager.
  • Monitor hiring performance against key metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or any related field
  • Preferably with 1+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in recruiting job boards such as LinkedIn and Jobstreet.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple roles and deadlines.
