HR Assistant – Employee Relations
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee relations concerns and inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Assist in the administration of disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Support the documentation and monitoring of employee grievances, notices, and case files.
- Help coordinate and document investigations related to employee complaints and incidents.
- Assist in managing the employee exit process, ensuring completion of clearance and documentation requirements.
- Conduct or support exit interviews and compile feedback for HR review.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support compliance initiatives by monitoring updates in Philippine labor regulations and assisting in policy implementation.
- Collaborate with HR team members on employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo
