Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Support the collection of data for updates, calculations, and the configuration of compensation and benefits through the Foundation Tables. This includes gathering information from ICSC, UNDP, and One HR to assist HR Operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with Regional and Country Offices, as well as HRAU, to manage changes in the base source data for compensation and benefits.
- Compare historical and current data to track trends, monitor changes in salary scales, and inform Regional and Country Offices to confirm implementation dates.
- Support the National HR Officer (ERP Solutions) in testing changes and collaborating with technical resources prior to production deployment.
- Maintain accurate information on benefits and compensation (such as post adjustment, R&R, hardship, etc.) on the intranet by updating relevant tables.
- Coordinate annual updates to Premium Floors and Premium percentages for MSP and HI, communicating these changes to Regional and Country Offices, and working closely with National HR Officers (ERP Solutions) for deployment.
- Collect data and assist in updating changes in National Social Security schemes in coordination with Regional and Country Offices, when applicable.
- Receive and analyze requests for changes in work schedules, coordinating with National HR Officers (ERP Solutions) as needed.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide superuser support for ERP system users.
- Contribute to the testing and deployment of business scenarios, carry out unit and system tests, consolidate results, and secure approval for final implementation.
- Participate in user training initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Education
- High School Diploma with five years of relevant professional experience; OR
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance or Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, or any related Social Sciences field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience & Technical Knowledge
ERP Management: Proven experience working with Human Resource Management ERP systems, including troubleshooting end-user issues.
Software & Analytics: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications; hands-on experience with AI tools and Power BI is a distinct advantage.
Testing & Tracking: Proven ability to manage user testing processes; experience using issue-tracking systems is an asset.
