The HR Assistant will be responsible for recruitment and labor relations.
Responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks related to recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, test administration, and placing of applicants for head office.
Will assist in the onboarding process of the hired applicants.
Will assist in labor relations such as NTE preparation, initial interview with the involved employees, will mediate conflicts between employees and management before they escalate to legal issues.
Will assist in facilitation of administrative hearing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree:A degree inHuman Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Willing to work onsite.
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and labor relations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to form working relationships with employees at all levels.
