Job Description

Role Description:

  • The HR Assistant will be responsible for recruitment and labor relations.
  • Responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks related to recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, test administration, and placing of applicants for head office.
  • Will assist in the onboarding process of the hired applicants.
  • Will assist in labor relations such as NTE preparation, initial interview with the involved employees, will mediate conflicts between employees and management before they escalate to legal issues.
  • Will assist in facilitation of administrative hearing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree:A degree inHuman Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and labor relations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to form working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proactivity, analytically driven and oriented.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
