Job Purpose:
Ensures accurate and timely execution of Compensation and Benefits processes, acts as a subject matter expert to resolve issues, and continuously improve operational efficiency. Develops and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals, analyzing trends to optimize employee and company value.
- Manages payroll processing for staff to manager levels, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and wage orders, including reconciliations and final pay audits.
- Oversees benefits administration, including government contributions (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth), HMO, insurance coverage, and compliance with regulatory updates.
- Plans, organizes, and executes employee communication and benefit awareness programs, leveraging digital tools for engagement and education.
- Leads and supports HR team members, encompassing recruitment, performance management, training, and employee development, while serving as an SME in relevant programs.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- At least 6 months of experience in handling tasks related to Compensation & Benefits
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must be willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
