Job Description

Graduate in BSBA Human Resources Management or any business management courses

Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role

Knowledgeable in the Philippine Labor Code and government benefits

Process and maintain payroll of all employees, weekly and bi-monthly

Extensive background in recruitment and training

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop And Update Job Descriptions And Job Specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job listing sites

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter

candidates within schedule

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Ability to handle confidential information

Computer literate with average MS Office applications skills

Ability to efficiently multitask administrative and ad hoc tasks

With effective communication skills

With excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna

Salary Range: Php 23,000 25,000
