About the role

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire a HR professional to join our Philippines HR team. This is a newly created role that offers exposure to business expansion initiatives and a wide range of HR operational activities across the APAC region.

This role is fully onsite and highly hands-on, providing excellent opportunities for learning, development and meaningful contribution within a dynamic and growing organization. The HR Advisor will support the delivery of HR operations, workforce reporting, statutory submissions and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, benefits administration, organizational restructuring and employee data management.
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation, delivering practical, compliant and commercially sound solutions to meet evolving business and workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
  • Respond to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Partner closely with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of Payroll.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain appropriate HR documentation.
  • Provide HR admin support to other APAC regions including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore & Japan when required.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data used for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with strong hands-on HR operations expertise.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism and high level of integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently delivers work to a high standard.
