Martin Management Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The Human Resources Administrator will support all HR functions, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities: May Include, but not limited to:
- Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes
- Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives
- Handle workers compensation claims and unemployment claims
- Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims
- Administer COBRA notifications and compliance
- Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000
- Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs
- Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs
- Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance
- Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous
- Familiarity with United States HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
