Job Description

Martin Management Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The Human Resources Administrator will support all HR functions, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities: May Include, but not limited to:

  • Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes
  • Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives
  • Handle workers compensation claims and unemployment claims
  • Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims
  • Administer COBRA notifications and compliance
  • Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000
  • Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs
  • Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs
  • Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance
  • Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous
  • Familiarity with United States HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
