Role Summary / Project Description
:The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Global Talent Acquisition organization by managing administrative and operational activities throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. The role will coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities, manage employment documentation, track pre-employment requirements, and act as a key point of contact for recruiters and stakeholders. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a highly matrixed environment
.Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- :Coordinate end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the new hire's first day
- .Prepare and manage employment documentation, including employment contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
- .Initiate and monitor background screening, medical examinations, and other pre-employment requirements
- .Track outstanding onboarding items and proactively resolve issues that could impact start dates
- .Serve as a primary coordination point for recruiters and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on onboarding readiness
- .Support a positive candidate and new-hire experience throughout the hiring journey
- .Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR/recruiting systems to maintain accurate information and generate reports

- sAt least two years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administration or Operations
- .Focused on delivering in an administrative function with the highest level of attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency
- .Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the confidence to follow up and follow through. You must have impeccable time management skills and be able to manage multiple activities at a given time
- .Comfortable navigating through systems and technology with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency and interest in generating and putting together reports will be an advantage
