Key Accountabilities
Learning and Development Strategy
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs across all levels and departments.
Conduct training needs analyses to identify competency gaps and prioritize development initiatives aligned with business goals.
Translate organizational requirements into effective learning solutions and curricula.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, seminars, and learning sessions using effective adult learning principles.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers as required.
Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Analyze results and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes and return on investment.
Ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with department heads and HR leadership to align training initiatives with operational and strategic priorities.
Support management in reinforcing learning outcomes through post-training follow-ups and coaching initiatives.
Training Administration and Reporting
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and competency tracking.
Prepare reports and dashboards on training activities, participation, and effectiveness for management review.
Qualifications And Experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, learning and development, or human resources.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple training programs and priorities simultaneously.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
