About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Human Resource Specialist with strong experience in
Recruitment and
Learning & Development (L&D). This role is suited for someone who is hands-on in talent acquisition while also supporting employee development initiatives and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of L&D programs
- Coordinate with external training vendors for workshops and company events
- Provide administrative HR support and maintain employee records
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives
- Generate HR reports related to recruitment and training
- Serve as backup support for other HR functions when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement)
- At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Recruitment and L&D
- Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and hiring processes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
