Core Functions

• Hiring & Recruitment

  • Draft job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs

• Payroll & Compensation

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

  • Manage allowances, bonuses, overtime, and deductions

  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory contributions

• Employee Relations

  • Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions

  • Foster employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and plan training programs

  • Track performance and career progression

• Compliance & Policy

  • Maintain HR records and contracts

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

  • Draft and update HR policies and SOPs

• Benefits Administration

  • Manage medical, insurance, and leave entitlements

  • Coordinate employee welfare programs

• Strategic HR Support

  • Support workforce planning and budgeting

  • Provide HR data insights to management

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and payroll systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS software and Microsoft Office
