Job description:
The HR Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting and executing core human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This position ensures that HR processes are efficient, employee-centered, and aligned with organizational goals, while helping foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate and enhance onboarding programs for new hires
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage
