You will play a pivotal role in driving talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational design within a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Consult with business leaders to understand their operational goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies, including workforce planning and change management.
  • Talent & Succession Management: Lead annual talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, facilitate succession planning, and partner with Learning & Development to close skill gaps.
