We are seeking a strategic, highly collaborative
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mandaluyong. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department heads, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational design within a fast-paced, global matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Consult with business leaders to understand their operational goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies, including workforce planning and change management.
- Talent & Succession Management: Lead annual talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, facilitate succession planning, and partner with Learning & Development to close skill gaps.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as an advocate for both the company and its employees. Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations issues, conduct objective investigations, and champion a positive workplace culture.
- Performance & Compensation Management: Guide managers through the annual performance evaluation process, ensuring robust goal alignment, continuous feedback, and equitable merit/bonus reviews.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and employee actions strictly comply with the Labor Code of the Philippines (DOLE regulations).
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HRIS data and analytics to monitor workforce metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, time-to-hire), presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP capacity. Experience within a global Shared Services, BPO, or multinational technology/engineering setup is a strong advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and corporate compliance requirements. Proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, or SAP) is required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence leadership and navigate a complex, matrixed organization with empathy and professionalism.
