Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Human Resource (HR) Manager, based in Taguig with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, facilitating training programs, and ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with company objectives. The role also involves supporting organizational development and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Compliance
  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Excellent leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to facilitate Learning and Development initiatives and manage Organizational Development
  • Proficiency in HR systems and HR data management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous
