Human Resource Intern

We are now seeking a HR (Human Resource) Intern to be based in our Makati City office. This is open for an academic and Voluntary Internship.

As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including:

• Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
• Help organize employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives
• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assists in compliance documentation and audit preparation

:

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
