Recruitment Support - Assist the Recruitment Team in hiring activities and other related projects, giving you firsthand experience in talent acquisition
Support Employee Engagement & Culture-Building Initiatives - Get direct exposure to planning, organizing, and executing activities that strengthen company culture, build community, and keep employees engaged
Contribute to Talent Development Programs - Assist in preparing and coordinating learning initiatives, such as internal trainings and workshops, that empower employees to grow and succeed
HR Projects & Administrative Support - Help bring HR initiatives to life by designing materials, supporting culture and engagement activities, coordinating trainings and communications, and ensuring smooth documentation and admin support
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Communication, Business Management, or any related field
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in expressing ideas clearly
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
Creative eye Canva/design skills are a plus!
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Flexible availability to render part-time or full-time hours as an academic intern
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for people, culture, and growth
