Responsible for posting job openings and screening resumes
Coordinate and scheduling interviews
Conduct the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork
Employee Relation
Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database
Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates
Benefits Administration
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
Handle employee benefits inquiries and provide information on available options
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data
Assist in setting up performance review meetings
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits
Training and Development
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee
Maintain training records and track employee development
HR Projects
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs
Research HR best practices and trends
Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of HR Tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and administration or related field/discipline is required.

Qualifications
Educational background
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related /field discipline is required
Relevant Skills
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with employees and management
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Computer Literacy
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, Presentation (Canva, PowerPoint)

This is a full-time position and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Provide the HR Director with an updated report.
