Job Description

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Responsible for posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork
  • Employee Relation
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates
  • Benefits Administration
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Handle employee benefits inquiries and provide information on available options
  • Performance Management
  • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data
  • Assist in setting up performance review meetings
  • Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits
  • Training and Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee
  • Maintain training records and track employee development
  • HR Projects
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs
  • Research HR best practices and trends

Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of HR Tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and administration or related field/discipline is required.

Skills And Knowledge

  • Broader understanding of HR practices and policies. Perform multiple functions and support HR initiatives

Level

  • Mid-level positions that provide HR foundational support.

Qualifications

  • Educational background
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related /field discipline is required
  • Relevant Skills
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with employees and management
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, Presentation (Canva, PowerPoint)
  • Work Experience
  • 23 years

REGULAR REPORTS

  • This is a full-time position and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Provide the HR Director with an updated report.
