Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, resignations and exit interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and operational HR matters.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other employee correspondence.
Liaise with educational institutions and external partners for internship collaborations and recruitment initiatives.
Ensure HR practices and processes are in compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
Support HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business and operational needs.
Manage work pass matters, including applications, renewals, appeals, follow-ups and regulatory reporting.
Submit government-paid claims, including NS claims, maternity leave, childcare leave and training grants.
Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support where required.
Review and support updates to HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
Monitor HR-related costs and support HR administrative reporting.
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Well-versed with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, meticulous and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
