Job Summary

You will manage and execute human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws to support Cristofori Music's growth and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

1. Coordinate with the School Operation Division to fulfill manpower needs by sourcing and deploying suitable candidates for teaching and staff roles across outlets
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and work pass applications
3. Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration and engagement within the organization

Performance Management

1. Coordinate regular employee performance appraisals by organizing review sessions, compiling feedback, and assisting with contract renewals
2. Monitor employee performance to identify training needs and support career development opportunities

Training & Development

1. Organize employee training workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge
2. Maintain training materials and accurate training records to support continuous learning initiatives

Administration

1. Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and compensation plans to ensure timely and accurate employee remuneration
2. Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to support effective workforce planning
3. Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Fresh Degree in any discipline or
2. Experiences in HR job background
3. Highly self motivated, willingness to develop, resourceful and pay attention to detail.
