Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong experience in Employee Relations, Administrative Investigations, and Labor Law Compliance.
Experience in Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, and Organizational Development.
Experience partnering with business leaders in implementing HR strategies and change initiatives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
