Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor

We're hiring: HR Lead, Visayas & Mindanao at Potato Corner!

Are you an HR generalist who loves being close to the ground, working with store teams, and being the go-to person for people matters in your region This one's for you.

Based in Davao, with travel across Visayas and Mindanao stores and offices

Officer II / Lead, reporting to the Potato Corner HR Head

What you'll be doing:

• Handling employee relations and case management, from grievances and investigations to administrative hearings, with due process and proper documentation
• Rolling out HR programs across VisMin, in step with HQ and adapted to what works on the ground
• Being our main HR link between VisMin and our Manila headquarters
• Running day-to-day people and office administration in Davao
• Turning HR data (headcount, turnover, case trends) into insights and reports for leadership
• Keeping us compliant with the Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other statutory requirements

What we're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist work, employee relations, or case management, ideally in a multi-site, retail, or food-service setting
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
• Strong investigative, communication, and Excel skills
• Good judgment and discretion, and comfort working independently in a field-based setup
• A plus: training or certification in Labor Law/Employee Relations or an HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHRi)
