Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Manila. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, improving organizational design and efficiency, and supporting talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive work environment and culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Human Resources policies and practices
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Recruitment
• Excellent skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Labor Law Compliance and Organizational Development strategies
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
