We're looking for a Human Resource Associate who doesn't wait for engagement problems to appear. You anticipate them. You solve them. You build systems that make people feel valued, heard, and inspired to do their best work.

This role does does NOT involve RECRUITMENT.

Not a FIT if your experience/skills focuses on talent acquisition and/or recruitment.

A day to day life as a Human Resource Associate :

Take charge of our daily HR operations with a smile!

Ensure we're in harmony with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and our company policies.

Keep employee records, contracts, and government-mandated benefits well organized.

Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and make sure attendance is accurately tracked.

Guide new hires through our onboarding journey.

Encourage performance evaluations, gather employee feedback, and keep track of PIPs with your support.

Bring some fun into the workplace by organizing employee engagement and training programs.

Be the friendly face for any HR-related questions or concerns.

Oversee labor compliance and procedures for our amazing independent contractors.

Collaborate with our U.S. leadership to align on workforce strategies and foster a positive culture.

Take care of BIR transactions and other important tax-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, technology, or telecom environment.
  • Exposure to U.S. clients and understanding of U.S. HR policies is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of Philippine labor laws is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, including independent contractor setups, and payroll systems.
  • Experience in processing BIR transactions is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • We value integrity, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
  • Candidates should be self-driven and able to report effectively to our leadership team based in the U.S.
