Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a Human Resource Associate(People Shared Services Associate - Internal Title) and your responsibilities include managing HR data in Workday, including contracts, benefits, and archiving. Ensure data accuracy, report issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lifecycle Data Management: Execute all critical data changes from onboarding to off-boarding, including contract processing, profile creation, and job movements.
  • Operational Administration: Manage time registration, travel/expense billing, and the administration of employee benefits and leave records.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Maintain the HR Master Data within Workday, ensuring high data quality, accurate information flow to stakeholders, and system corrections.
  • Document & Digital Governance: Oversee the full archiving of personnel documents using tools like DocuSign and maintain electronic filing systems for competence files and training records.
  • Compliance & Audit: Support internal audits and contribute to the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process alignment.
  • Talent Development Support: Manage documentation related to performance management, training courses, and the issuance of official employment certificates.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Educational Foundation: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Requires at least 2 years of solid experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Systems Proficiency: Skilled in ERP systems and database management, with specific knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office being a distinct advantage.
  • Data Accuracy: Expert in employee data process management, maintaining a structured and systematic approach to ensure high-quality reporting and documentation.
  • Collaborative Communication: Proven ability to work in multicultural/matrix environments, utilizing strong oral and written skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Ethical Approach: Capable of translating statistical data into action while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.
