The Role
As a Human Resource Associate - Employment Lifecycle [Internal Title: People Shared Services Associate] is responsible for managing HR data throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and timekeeping. The main tool will be Workday. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Manage all employee data milestones, including onboarding, contract processing, job movements, and offboarding.
- System & Data Integrity: Maintain the HR master data (specifically within Workday) to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and seamless information flow to stakeholders.
- Benefits & Expenses Admin: Facilitate time registration, travel/bill expense processing, and the administration of employee leaves and benefits.
- Document & Records Management: Oversee digital filing, document archiving, and the use of tools like DocuSign for employment certificates and performance records.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Support the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in audits to ensure process alignment across the organization.
- Training Support: Manage competency files, track training requirements, and handle document management for internal courses and performance management.
What you'll bring
- Educational Background: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience in HR operations, specifically within a Shared Services or multicultural environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of ERP systems (Workday experience is a major plus), Microsoft Office, and digital tools like database management and reporting.
- Lifecycle Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex employee data processes throughout the entire employment lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Analytical & Systematic Skills: Ability to translate statistical data into actionable insights while maintaining a structured, accurate, and deadline-oriented workflow.
- Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, resolve conflicts with integrity, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
