Job Description

A leading managed services provider in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting a dynamic workforce.

The Role

As the HR Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and administrative procedures. You will oversee everything from talent acquisition and payroll support to performance management and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Records & HRIS Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files and manage confidential data within the Sprout HR system.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to source and screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and manage employment contracts.
  • HR Operations: Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures, including new hire paperwork and exit processes.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate the end-to-end performance review process, from objective setting to year-end compensation reviews.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, leave, and benefit inquiries while handling employee grievances.
  • Compliance & Policy: Update and improve HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure strict compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, specifically within the IT Technical Support, Network Operations, or BPO industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sprout HR and experience with HRIS implementation or enhancement.
  • Legal Knowledge: Well-versed in local labor laws; knowledge of other jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English to work with diverse international teams.
  • Attributes: High level of confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: Mandaluyong City.
  • Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Shift: Mid-shift schedule, with the possibility of night shifts.
