As a Human Capital Operations Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently support our workforce.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and managing complex situations. You will leverage your skills to navigate ambiguity, anticipate the needs of your teams, and deliver quality outcomes. This role requires you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
