About the Role
We are looking for experienced Human Capital Operations professionals to join our client's growing team at the Senior Associate and Manager levels. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality HR operational support, ensuring compliance with workforce processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing employee lifecycle operations while supporting compliance initiatives, process improvements, and HR transformation projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and systems
- Lead and support people-related compliance and workforce administration activities
- Maintain accurate and timely execution of core workforce and compliance processes
- Monitor compliance metrics and support corrective action implementation when needed
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical standards, and compliance frameworks
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Support HR projects, transformation initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation using established HR and case management tools
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Coach and support junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Stay updated on HR operational trends, innovative practices, and regulatory developments
Qualifications
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk, or related field
- For Senior Associate: minimum of 3 years of relevant HR Operations / Human Capital Operations experience
- For Manager: minimum of 7 years of relevant HR Operations, Compliance, or Workforce Administration experience
- Strong oral and written English communication skills

- Experience working in global, multi-location, or cross-functional environments
- Knowledge of workforce compliance processes and employment law frameworks (Australian employment law experience is an advantage)
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle and workforce administration operations
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled or digital HR transformation initiatives
- Strong attention to detail with focus on data integrity and compliance accuracy
- Experience leading or supporting routine compliance reviews and audits
- Ability to coach, mentor, and guide junior team members
