Job Description- Human Capital Assistant

The Human Capital Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR Department by assisting in the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role supports employee relations, company events, training, records management, and daily HR operations, contributing to a positive, well-organized, and efficient workplace.

  • Perform and support the daily functions of the HR department, including but not limited to employee relations and training and development.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and company events.
  • Compile and maintain both hard copy and electronic employee records (201), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain records of employee attendance, including sales and back-office staff, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Process various HR-related documentation and prepare reports on personnel activities such as ,training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training sessions, surveys, and other initiatives.
  • Take minutes during meetings and assist with follow-up actions as required.
  • Address employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations. 10. Provide guidance and assistance in resolving issues as appropriate.
  • Assist HR officer/supervisor in conducting due process procedures as needed, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Complete any additional work-related tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform other related and ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Capable of handling and coordinating corporate events and employee activities
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
