Job OverviewWe are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in HubSpot to manage and optimize marketing automation, customer communication, and CRM processes.The ideal candidate is experienced in creating drip campaigns, workflows, and automated customer journeys and can effectively use HubSpot to support business growth and engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows and drip campaigns

• Set up automated email campaigns and customer journeys
• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data, contacts, and properties
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot automation processes
• Support lead nurturing, segmentation, and follow-up strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve CRM processes

• QualificationsAt least 1 year of hands-on experience using HubSpot
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its features
• Proven experience creating and managing drip campaigns and workflows
• Experience with email marketing automation and lead nurturing
• Strong understanding of CRM management and data organization
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a 100% work-from-home environment
