Compensation: $14,400 – $19,200 per year

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST

As the company continues to grow and take on increasingly complex B2B revenue operations projects, they need a Solutions Engineer who does more than execute tasks. This role is about engineering scalable solutions, designing creative technical strategies, and confidently guiding executive stakeholders through CRM, automation, and integration transformations.

You will be responsible for generating multiple solution pathways for complex challenges, clearly presenting options to leadership teams, and owning implementation from architecture to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Problem Solving & Solution Architecture

  • Engineer innovative technical approaches to complex client challenges
  • Identify constraints and deliver best-practice strategic recommendations
  • Design scalable, future-proof system architectures
  • Serve as the technical authority in client strategy discussions

Data Migration & Integration Architecture

  • Lead complex CRM and ERP migrations to and from HubSpot
  • Design and map multi-object data structures and associations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Present multiple migration approaches with clear trade-offs

HubSpot API & Custom Integrations

  • Build and troubleshoot custom API integrations
  • Scope integration plans directly from API documentation
  • Architect solutions beyond standard automation tools when necessary
  • Clearly communicate integration strategies to clients and internal teams

Workflow Automation & Systems Design

  • Design advanced HubSpot workflows with branching logic
  • Integrate third-party systems into automation strategies
  • Build scalable cross-platform automations
  • Maintain clean and efficient automation architecture

Reporting, Data Integrity & Insights

  • Develop multi-object reports and executive dashboards
  • Ensure CRM structure supports accurate reporting
  • Identify structural reporting limitations and recommend improvements
  • Translate CRM data into actionable business insights

HubSpot Implementation & Optimization

  • Lead full technical implementations and onboarding processes
  • Configure CRM architecture, segmentation, automation, and reporting
  • Optimize lead generation systems and funnel performance
  • Serve as the internal HubSpot technical authority

Client Advisory & Communication

  • Participate in sales and strategy calls with executive stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-friendly language
  • Maintain polished documentation and proactive communication
  • Build trust through clarity and confidence

Qualifications:

Required

  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
  • 4–6+ years of development experience (web or full-stack) with hands-on coding expertise
  • 4–5+ years of client-facing experience leading technical discussions
  • Strong strategic problem-solving ability with multiple-solution thinking
  • Experience working full-time with U.S.-based teams (PST alignment required)
  • Leadership exposure through mentoring, project leadership, or technical lead roles

Preferred

  • Advanced HubSpot CMS expertise
  • Strong proficiency in Hubl, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot customization
