We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound B2B appointment setting and promote complimentary HubSpot audits for a UK-based firm. In this role, you will manage the full outreach cycle within HubSpot Sales Professional, from building sequences and making calls to qualifying prospects and booking consultations. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, autonomous sales professional with the drive to generate high-value leads and collaborate directly with the business owner.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 (UK Timezone)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to B2B prospects to book free HubSpot audit appointments and discovery meetings
- Develop and refine outreach scripts and messaging independently based on available company resources and prospect personas
- Manage the full outreach cycle within HubSpot Sales Professional, including calls, email sequences, and follow-up task scheduling
- Log all interactions accurately in HubSpot, including call recordings, call notes, and next-step tasks
- Book qualified appointments directly onto the business owner's calendar
- Leverage the company's resource hub to address prospect questions and position the audit offering effectively
Requirements:
- Proven B2B appointment setting or outbound sales development experience at a senior level
- Proficiency in HubSpot Sales Professional (calls, sequences, task management, and CRM logging)
- Ability to work autonomously and create outreach strategies without heavy supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail in CRM data entry and follow-up management
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and act on opportunities as they arise
Scope:
- Primary KPIs: number of HubSpot audits booked and meetings held
- Initial campaign targeting 25+ free audit prospects with potential to scale
- Outreach centered on offering a complimentary HubSpot account audit valued at £2,500
- Collaboration directly with the business owner, who will conduct post-audit client meetings
- Potential for commission-based incentives to be introduced as the role matures
