About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
HubSpot Expert to set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot for our call center operations.
This is a fully remote position. You will work closely with our team online, attend scheduled virtual meetings, and provide ongoing support to ensure HubSpot is properly configured and maximized for performance.
This role involves configuring HubSpot features, integrating it with RingCentral as our phone system, and guiding our team in effectively using the platform.
The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also confident in training and supporting team members to fully leverage HubSpots capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure HubSpot to support call center workflows
- Integrate HubSpot with RingCentral for seamless communication and task management
- Train and guide team members on HubSpot tools, best practices, and workflow automation
- Provide support during scheduled virtual meetings and respond to ad-hoc questions
- Document processes and create step-by-step guides for smooth adoption
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations
Requirements
- Proven experience working extensively with HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Experience integrating HubSpot with RingCentral or similar VOIP/phone systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote setup
- Familiarity with workflow automation, contact management, and reporting dashboards
