We are seeking a skilled
HubSpot Developer to support and enhance sales operations through improved CRM functionality, automation, and system responsiveness. This role focuses on optimizing an existing HubSpot environment to streamline workflows, accelerate response times, and drive greater efficiency across the sales team.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, implement intelligent automation solutions, and ensure HubSpot is fully leveraged to maximize performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current HubSpot setup and identify opportunities for optimization across sales pipelines and workflows
- Design, build, and refine automations to improve lead management, follow-ups, and response times
- Optimize email workflows and sequences for faster, more effective communication with prospects
- Enhance CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and overall data integrity
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using HubSpot APIs (when required)
- Improve reporting dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance and team activity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot workflows, integrations, and data syncing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure best practices are followed for CRM usage, automation logic, and data management
Requirements Qualifications
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- Strong experience in building and optimizing workflows, sequences, and automations
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales response times through CRM or automation enhancements
- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and custom integrations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and pipeline management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding of sales processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
